Yossi Ben-Dror specializes in complex and sophisticated international and local transactions. He has broad knowledge of Israeli corporate and commercial law. Yossi’s primary practice areas include M&A, high tech, investments, corporate finance, strategic alliances, joint ventures and ongoing representation of leading corporate clients. Yossi also handles litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters for Y. Ben-Dror’s clients.

Yossi is a graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a member of the New York (1990) and Israel Bars (1985). He practiced for five years at Yigal Arnon & Co and later in the Corporate and International departments of Wilmer Hale in the United States. Among his other positions in business and community related entities, Yossi served during his career, and is currently serving, in a variety of public positions, including:

Chairman and member of the board of directors of commercial companies;
Board Member of the Israel-America Chamber of Commerce;
Head of the Standards Committee (including the US Government, the Standards Institute and the Ministry of Trade and Industry);
Head of the local Steering Committee of the Middle East Commercial Center (which includes, inter alia, Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, the Palestinian Authority and the Gulf States).
Member of the Board of Directors of Herzliya Development Company Ltd.

Additionally, Mr. Ben-Dror is a member of the Arbitrators and Mediator’s team at the Israel Center of Arbitration and Dispute Resolution in Tel-Aviv as well as a Member of the Arbitrators Team of the Israel Bar Association.

Anat is head of operations and administration at Y. Ben-Dror. She has responsibility for the financial management of the firm, clients and suppliers’ administrative relationships and ongoing accounting procedures.

IDO ZAMIR

Ido Zamir is an intern at the firm, advising international companies on various matters, including commercial transactions and the drafting of international agreements.

Ido focuses on Commercial Law, Trust Law, and provides counsel in the fields of emerging technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

His practice primarily centers on international transactions, legal work utilizing specialized AI tools, complex contracts, and employee option and compensation plans.

Ido received his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Faculty of Law at Sha’arei Mada U’Mishpat Academic Center in 2025.

Ido is extremely knowledgeable in both Commercial Law and International Law. Within the firm, he applies this knowledge to analyze complex legal issues and draft professional documents.

Maayan’s practice includes high-tech, start-ups, growth stage companies, as well as global entities in various fields among other, formation, corporate finance and M&A.

In addition to communication and Middle East studies at Bar Ilan University, Maayan graduated with an LL.B from the Law Faculty at Ono Academic College in 2021.

During her studies, Maayan participated in Advisors Program of the Israeli Knesset.

Maayan served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the Diplomacy and Training Team and joined the Firm in 2022.

Or Aviav advises Israeli and international companies on commercial transactions and various aspects of cross-border business operations.

Or focuses on commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on supporting tech companies, commercial agreements, and corporate governance.

Furthermore, Or is active in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), including work on investment agreements, financing transactions, and complex corporate documents.

Or is currently completing his LL.B. and MBA at the Peres Academic Center. The combination of his legal and business studies provides him with a broad perspective when advising the firm’s clients on their commercial activities.

Or joined the firm in 2025.
